Our Story
I am Zani Martin, and I am the owner of Rollin CuiZine. My dream to open Rollin CuiZine started as a young girl cooking for my large family and watching a long generation of chefs and talented bakers in my family make delicious homestyle meals and desserts. My passion and love for cooking continues to grow every day along with the success of Rollin CuiZine.
Growing up, I was surrounded by a rich culinary heritage. My family has always been passionate about food, and this love was passed down through generations. I spent countless hours in the kitchen learning the art of cooking. Their expertise in creating mouthwatering dishes inspired me and ignited my own passion for cooking.
As a single mom of two young kids, pursuing my dream of opening Rollin CuiZine was not without its challenges.
