Can a full refund be given?

No, a full refund cannot be given.  Rollin CuiZine uses majority of the funds to prepare your delicious meals. However, a partial refund or future discount can be given after the appropriate proof has been sent to rollincuizine@gmail.com. All discrepancies must be sent within 12 hours of receiving your order. 

Do you provide alcohol?

No, we do not supply alcohol but we you can make the juice mix you can use.

What is some reasons Rollin CuiZine will decline an order?

Rollin CuiZine can decline a service if payment is a continuous issue, if customer has been extremely unprofessional, unsafe environment, unsanitary environment and lack of guest's time management. 

Can you order and get your order within the same day?

No, all orders need to be booked in advance. Individual Deli and Carb Delight orders can be placed 2 days prior. Catering services has a time frame up to 2 weeks in advance.
